Reason we're selling is that we're switching to an off-road van verses pulling an off-road trailer.
Great condition, bought it new so one owner and used only 12 times in Utah and Colorado. We purchased this rig as the interior head clearance and queen bed length works for me (6 foot 7) and because of its off road capability. We've been told a few times in our travels, nobody takes a trailer up that road (Moki Dugway and Dunton Road) but we did so with no issues. Our tow vehicle is an Ecoboost F150 which has plenty of pulling power for this HQ12. We upgraded the hitch to a McHitch and added stabilizers for highway travel. The only additional work beyond routine maintenance has been replacing the inverter last year (as we neglected to disconnect batteries while not in use for the winter).
The indoor kitchen is well equipped (propane stove, sink, microwave and refrigerator) with additional stainless steel slide out for cooking capability outdoors under an awning. The bathroom is a full fiberglass glass shower enclosed with ventilation and toilet.
