Something a little different... This was a new model last year from the Chinook travel trailer side. A small toy hauler with a garage, allowing you to carry a motorcycle, bicycles, whatever inside without having to unload/move your cargo to fully utilize the camper. It's been a great setup for establishing a moto riding or mountain biking home base for activities.

Only reason i'm looking to sell is i'm moving. The new house does not have much storage for this thing, so i'm offering it up.

Asking $21,900. 2022 versions of this model are listed at $28,000-31,000.

For being a TT, it's pretty well over built. Walk on roof, very large frame, 6k dexter axle (compare that to some trailers with axle ratings less than GVWR), all LED lighting, etc.

Upgrades by me:

• New Nokian tires to replace the CastleRocks
• Underbelly, between frame spare tire carrier. Factory mounted the tire under the tongue where it hung very low and could not be used with WDH.
• Upgraded bathroom fan (multispeed, reversible and quiet) along with cover so it can be open in the rain
• Upgraded batteries. Replaced stock 56amp/hr 12v battery with 2 225amp/hr 6V batteries in a battery box in stock location.
• Tongue mounted generator/cargo tray above propane tanks/batteries
• Frame mounted waste hose carrier
• Installed friction hinges on vertical opening cabinet doors so you no longer have to rest them on your head when getting things out
• Also installed battery operated (rechargeable) LED lights in cabinets, motion activated.
• A/C soft start. Allows you to run the A/C with a 2200watt generator, almost makes it quieter when the compressor kicks on even when plugged in to shore power.

It's a small toy hauler that will hold 1 motorcycle (and/or a few bicycles) or anything else you want to load up. I've used it for bicycles, a KTM 690 and even a BMW R1150 GS. The great thing i like about the layout is i can leave the stuff in the garage and still fully use the trailer.

As seen below, i've towed it with a Nissan Frontier and a Chevrolet Traverse. No issues towing with either. Any questions, let me know!

queen sized bed, full storage and water heater are located underneath. Hinged access from inside or through outside.
sofa folds flat and has storage under 1/2 of it, water pump under the other half.

Access to the garage is across from the fridge, beside the bathroom. The open window leads to the garage, cable coming through is for a cell booster.

When camper is parked at home, its plugged in with a small dehumidifier inside (seen sitting on the sink).

Trailer is plugged in when stored. I keep a dehumidifier on that just drains into the sink/ gray tank.

Upper cabinets open vertically so i installed friction hinges to hold them open. rechargeable, motion sensitive LED lights in the cabinets turn on when you open the doors.

When i purchased it (new), there wasn't much information on this model yet. Chinook didn't even have it on their website. If you google search the model, you'll find the thread i created on ADVrider reviewing it and showing some more information on it.

I also have it listed for sale on there. I do have a WDH with sway control (Camco R6 setup) that can be worked in the deal if needed. Bearings have been checked/greased. No issues or damage to the camper at all. Feel free to ask questions if you have any!
