2021 Ford F-150 w/ FourWheel Camper Project–M

As life would have it, family sizes increase, unforeseen expenses come up, businesses don't work out as planned, and thus, sometimes we have to sell some ******* to make due. And sometimes that means we have to sell our Overland Builds. I'm sad to be in this position, but I have had a touch of all the above come about and I need to sell my truck. It's a beaut of a truck and boy am I sad to see this puppy go! I have not skimped on anything to bring it to where it is. I built it as a daily driver in mind, so nothing is over the top, and yet it is EXTREMELY capable and buttery smooth. I also built it to leave the Project-M on, so the rear spring pack is built around this added weight.

Location: Carbondale, Colorado

THE TRUCK:
'21 Ford F150 3.5Ecoboost w/ 302A package and sport appearance. Space White Color.
Factory rear E-Locker
Fox 2.5 Reservoir Shocks Front and Rear, custom adjusted internally to slow rebound and provide a more plush ride (Colorado Sand Cars did the work, and re-charged the nitrogen)
SPC Upper Control Arms — Brand New bushings and ball joint (also have a set of new ones still in the box), which means brand new alignment
Custom Rear leaf pack w/ block removed, giving the truck a +1.5" rake completely empty and still +.5" rake when fully loaded for a week outing, including an electric moto on a hitch rack (Spring Works in Grand Junction did the pack)
'23 Ford Raptor Takeoff wheels wrapped in 285/75r17 Nokian Outpost AT tires (less than 10k on these, and spare is a full-size match)
Rocky Road rock sliders (they're not true mount to frame sliders, but according to Rocky Road they can more than take the weight of the truck — I've lifted the truck w/ a hi-lift and all is dandy)
RSI Skid Plates, aluminum (everything is covered but the fuel tank)
2.4kw onboard generator (genset) w/ 110 plugs in the bed, backseat and front passenger (pretty awesome, I charge my e-moto while I drive)
Miles: 55xxx and will increase as it's my daily
Extended ESP warranty, transferrable. Good to 120k miles or 6 years from purchase date (2027)
Recalls: All recalls have been done by either Glenwood Springs Ford or Columbine Ford
Issues: Cracked windshield, minor dent on rear passenger pillar, paint scrapes on rear bumper (damn departure angles!), decent scratch on plastic shroud under front bumper (damn approach angle!)
Lein: I owe $7k on the truck. Happy to pay it off before sale, or we work w/ WellsFargo. Either way, easy peasy.

Overall this truck has been superb. I change the oil every 5k miles (3k for the first 20k miles) and always have Ford do so they can do the general maintenance too. I have driven it over some wild Colorado passes, down the Baja and use it every year as my hunting rig. The 3.5EB hauls ASS, pulls like a champ (never anything over 2k lbs), is effecient when you need it to be and is a truly amazing engine! The seats are comfortable, the cabin is quiet as can be and there is space for days!

THE CAMPER:
'23 FWC Project-M, installed at the Woodland Factory in May
Ad-ons from Factory:
1 Fan over the bed (sleeping area)
Access Door on passenger side
L-Track installed inside
Gear Tracks installed outside
Roof Rack tracks w/ Yakima Bars installed
All wires are included for solar (roof and side ports), LED lights, Battery input, and external lights (not installed)
Ad-ons by me:
IronMan 4x4 270 Awning attached w/ the Yule Awning attachment (allowing you to drop the awning to access the latch). I also have two walls for the awning too.
5' Aluminum drawer that is mounted into the truck bed. Leaves a perfect spot behind it for a battery bank.
***Note, this does NOT come with a mattress, as we've been using our Exped mattress and that sucker is staying with us.

Overall the camper has exceeded my expectations. At 400 lbs dry, you don't even know it's back there. It's wide, which means LOTS of room back there — truly, it's cavernous! We have been using it super barebones (jug of water, milk crates for stuff, and an aluminum drawer below as we mapped out long-term design buildout — sad to say, no longer!) With that, it's fully stock, as it came from the factory. I have been running the 12V w/ a big battery bank that will come with me, as I haven't fully wired it in as a long-term solution, but LOTS of people just run Jackery or similar banks. Again, VERY easy to wire up.

Price:
$55k as the package — suspension work alone was $3k to make it drive like it does
$14k for the camper
$45k for the truck

Sad to see it sell and I wish I was in a position to take the Project M off your hands. So family size increases is one of your reasons for selling....kid on the way? Not my business of course, but if that's the case, congrats.

One of the reasons, yes. But more so, I need some cash flow for my business: Terra Bikes — terrabikes.com
I'll be getting an F150 again. LOVE that truck, but for now, just need to get finances plumped back up.

I understand, congrats on the kid. A new world of expenses are about to hit you. So worth it tho. Good luck with everything!
