This....sigh....I will admit was not my best decision. I was working out of town and had just bought a new truck, i thought having a camper to live in while working out of town short-term would allow me freedom to travel and save me money on hotels. I am an electrician by trade, or, I was. I purchased this unit in november of 2022 and very soon after got a job that gave me a company vehicle and hotel credit card, so throughout the winter of '22 and the first half of 2023 this camper sat on my truck in my driveway. throughout most of 2023 I worked 6 days a week and only got a chance to take this camper out on my truck literally 5 times. several nights spent on the oregon coast, couple weekend trips into the cascades.

Job situation changed and truck had to go, so camper came off and sat patiently in the driveway for its next truck to ride on, but that truck never came.
I changed careers, began living in my travel trailer for work and ended up very, very far away from home. full time travel, no time for vacations. As my job has progressed in 2024 i moved out of my travel trailer and into a 5th wheel, and the camper sits idly, waiting for the day someone will come and hitch it up to their truck for unexplored roads and epic adventures.

This northstar has seen a grand total of about 20 days on the back of a truck. Im ashamed to even admit that. I thought i would hopefully be able to organize my life into a position where I can put her onto the truck bed and go out for weekend trips, but that day eludes me. I work 6 10's every week and I need to get out from under these payments.

Im asking $23,500 all things considered

Bathroom has never been used
Bank still has title (qualstar CU)
Winter package means it has the thicker insulation on the pop up
Pre wired for roof AC, currently has a maxx fan above the rear door and a manual vent in the center. I have a second maxxfan which i planned to install originally.
Detachable wrap around rear with LED tail lights so its set up for full size short bed truck currently. Can also fit long beds according to Northstar if the rear skirts are removed which seems like an easy thing to do. call northstar with any questions if that is one of your concerns. (319) 233-3461
Riser kit for taller trucks (rubber horse mat included as well)
4 step torqlift stow n go
manual jacks
180 watt Solar panel and charge controller
Fridge can have freezer removed for additional storage.
25gal fresh water
single 12v lead acid battery
Outside shower with hose
5gal removable waste tank (never used)
Stand up shower inside
Inside and outside LED lighting
Additionally I have sealed the bottom with 2" block foam (doubled where space allowed) and 13\16 marine grade plywood to help weather resistance and insulation

More photos available on request. Currently stored at a relatives house so even though i work long hours, you can go see it any time.
