Electrical System
  • 3x175w semi-flexible Renology monocrystalline solar panels
  • 270Ah Battleborn 12V LiFePO4 Deep Cycle 8D Battery
  • 1200w Victron Multiplus inverter (originally had their 3000w invertor installed but removed as a result of changing from electric to propane range and no longer needing the extra power and associated weight)
  • Victron Lynx distributor
  • Victron Battery Monitor
  • Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100/50 solar charge controller
  • 2xVictron-TR Smart 12/12V-30A Isolated Battery-to-Battery Charger, wired in parallel (charges the batteries while you drive)
  • 2x120v plug-in outlets (your typical house outlet)
  • 2x12v USB outlets
  • Dimmable cabin LED strip lights
  • CRX-110S Dometic 3.8 cubic foot AC/DC 12v stainless steel refrigerator/freezer
  • Maxxair Roof Fan + insulated roof vent cover
  • Maxxair Dome Fan (side - mostly use this for passive air inflow)
  • Smoke, Carbon Dioxide, and Propane alarms
  • Lunos eGO heat retention air exchanger (wired as 12v)
  • 2x12v Expedition Upfitter floor heating pads

Water System
  • 28 gal fresh water (2x14 gal tanks plumbed together with locking exterior fill port)
  • 11 gal grey water tank with solenoid open/close dump switch
  • Clearsource Ultra OnBoard Pro 3-stage water filter (filter sink/shower/outdoor facet water)
  • Expedition Upfitter 12v hot water heater
  • Shurflo Strainer
  • Shurflo Water Pump
  • Shurflo Accumulator (not currently installed)
  • 15x17-inch Stainless Steel kitchen sink, faucet, and soap dispenser
  • Water Saving shower head with on/off switch
  • Custom stainless steel shower tray (2 drains, one on each side) with removable teak slats (I usually covered this with a boot tray when not being used as a shower in order to have a clean shower area, worked out well)
  • Clip-up shower curtains
  • 4-season plumbing (internal plumbing from shower to grey tank)
  • Whale Gulper 220 Pump (for grey shower water)
  • Fresh and Grey water tank gauges
  • Quick-connect sprayer/outdoor shower (outside near back, water line can be turned off in winter to prevent freezing)

Propane System
  • 2x11 lb propane tanks mounted on locking brackets with auto-changeover valve and wireless fill gauge
  • Dometic drop-in cooktop
  • Propex HeatSource HS200 heater with upgraded digital thermostat
  • Dickinson Newport P9000 fireplace
  • Optional: Cinderella Travel Incinerating Toilet (currently not installed - see notes below)

Other
  • Top portion fits full size mattress or twin with extra storage towards front of camper (can sell with either twin or full size Zinus 6-in mattress, I have both)
  • Large drawers, cabinets, and storage spaces. I used fabric/rope bins in the cabinets and shelves and it worked well and looked nice
  • Flip-up counter space near sink
  • Lagun table mount/tabletop
  • RockyMounts 24" van track (good for 1-2 bikes - could also install another on the other side, or just use a swing out hitch mount)
  • Plenty of room for skis/shovels/long items under the slide-in section in between truck bed when mounted on truck
  • Plyboo bamboo cabinetry w/ Zero-VOC natural finish and 1" 80/20 aluminum framing
  • Custom memory foam cushions with easy to clean Sileather material
  • 3x Artic Tern windows with integrated screens, blackout shades, and 3 opening levels
  • Artic Tern door
  • 4 manual camper jacks
  • 4 Torklift Fastguns Turnbuckles (connects camper to truck)
  • 4 Torklift Frame-mount slide ins (you just need to order the 4 actual pieces that mount to your specific truck from Torklift, usually ~$400: https://www.torklift.com/findyourfit)

Notes
  • I had this on a regular cab F150 HDPP with ~2,900lb payload per the door sticker and E rated tires w/ upgraded bump stops. I'd consider that the minimum and if I had to do it again I'd put it on something bigger (gasoline 250/2500+) and not have to worry about weight. Unsure on dry weight but fully loaded with a lot of gear I was usually +-300 lbs GVWR. If I had to guess I'd say 1,700lbs dry, 2,100lbs wet, and with gear/people you'll be pushing 3,000lbs as I was and will want that payload and E rated tires for peace of mind.
  • You could make the seating portion better for two people sitting across from each other by removing 6" or so of depth from the middle bench, or deleting it entirely and switching to one larger narrower water tank against the front of the camper and installing a flip-up table. However, it's currently an ideal setup for 1 person as you can sit in the middle and have views out all windows. The middle bench was originally conceptualized to accommodate the incinerating toilet (see below).
  • I originally had a Cinderella Incinerating toilet installed, but the external carbon-filter exhaust smell was bad and would always find its way back into the camper. For a "proper" install the toilet exhaust should go out the top (I had it out the side) and instead of using a passive intake from inside the camper (which requires a window cracked since it needs a lot of air flow, and hence the outside smell gets in), run the install hose straight out the bottom of your camper and straight out the bottom of your truck bed (there's probably other ways to do this if you're crafty). I didn’t take the time to do this as I was traveling and sick of dealing with it so I just took it out used that space for a portable toilet and extra storage. I still have the incinerating toilet (with a brand new install kit) and can include it if you want to fiddle around with that.
  • I originally had a diesel combo hot water and cabin heater installed, but had so many problems with it and smells coming out of it that I ripped it out and replaced it with a Propex and 12v hot water heater, which has had zero issues.
  • With the fireplace, heater, floor heat, and heat-retention air exchanger you can get this thing as toasty as you want it in the coldest winter temps while still having adequate ventilation.
  • I can potentially make any desired modifications or additions to the camper prior to pick-up if I'm getting compensated for it.
