Up for sale is a 2024 Casita Spirit Deluxe. We ordered this trailer new, factory direct, and took delivery in February of 2024. We set out to take a factory-built fiberglass trailer and modify it for mild off-road use while retaining the luxuries of its retail amenities. It has nearly every option available on the 2024 model year, as well as many quality aftermarket accessories and upgrades. We have used it to travel throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Arkansas over the past 1.5 years with over 40 nights logged.

The Furion ductless filtered hood eliminates the exterior vent, limiting unwelcome rodents and insects. The covered flat top Greystone two-burner stove is flush with the countertop, offering more prep space when not in use alongside the kitchen foldaway shelf. The pantry cabinet is prewired for a microwave/convective oven/air fryer, etc. The Katy's closet is a very nice upgrade and much appreciated by the misses. The upgraded stabilizers eliminate sway at the campsite, and they allow for easy roadside flat/hub repair. The Epoch 300Ah Lithium battery allows for a usable 270Ah of battery power, offering nearly six times that of the factory-upgraded 100Ah AGM battery. The 3M Ceramic tint helps to keep the interior cooler in the hot summer months and provides privacy without having to have your blinds closed, not to mention that it looks a lot better as well.

There are far too many other small improvements to mention here that have been done as well. Short of an inverter for off-grid use and roof-mounted solar panels, this camper has it all. The best part is that it has over 15" of ground clearance and only weighs 2600lbs empty. It can be pulled by nearly anything on the road and can easily handle light off-road trails to get you further into the wilderness for that epic off-grid campsite.

Casita makes a fantastic product in its given segment, and we'd gladly buy another if they offered something slightly larger, but sadly, the time has come for us to upgrade to a bigger camper. We are sold on FGRV's and plan to stick with a fiberglass trailer for our next purchase, albeit from another manufacturer that makes larger models. The camper is located in Bay City, TX (1 hour SW of Houston) and is available for scheduled viewings, I have walk-through videos available upon request as well. I am not interested in any offers to help sell, nor am I considering any trades. Asking $34,500 OBO.

Just so prospective buyers know, this is a 6'2" and under trailer. Had a very serious buyer all in love and ready to buy, and didn't realize that 6'4" was a no-go in a Casita lol.
