This custom-built camper was specifically designed for full-time or long-term travel, making it well-appointed for those who value self-sufficiency and off-grid capability. It was built by a professional in Colorado (Mesa Overland), and the quality is second to none.
As a composite camper, it features zero-wood construction. It’s lightweight for a 10' flatbed camper (Mesa Overland "Sunkat"), won’t rot, and has excellent insulating properties. It is fully equipped with all systems needed to stay self-contained in the backcountry, no propane or hookups required.
The build was completed at the end of May 2025. In that time, we have called it home, and it has only seen state parks and mild forest roads. Unfortunately, we have encountered some minor health concerns that would be much easier to address from a home base. This is our reason for selling.
Current lead times on a build like this are months (if not longer), so if you’ve had your heart set on a rig like this and want to enjoy life on the road sooner rather than later, this is the camper for you!
Feel free to ask any questions, and I’ll do my best to answer them promptly.
Current Location: Missoula, Montana. We are willing to be flexible with travel arrangements (within reason).
Price: $185,000 for the entire rig. We may be willing to separate the camper and truck for the right deal.
Detailed Build Sheets, Upgrades, and Options below. Plenty of photos are included in this thread, but please let me know if there’s anything particular you’d like pictures of.
Thanks for looking!

The builder, Mesa Overland, will discuss transfer of the warranty to the new buyer. They are very responsive and supportive.
