2nd battery in 2008 tundra??

I am planning on putting a camper shell on my truck and installing an engel or arb fridge
In the back along with some reading lights, a 12 volt heater, an inverter, and a 12v outlet.
I would like to power all of this off of an auxiliary battery that is installed in the back of the truck. I want it to be charging while I drive and then isolated from the stock battery when parked at night.
Has anyone done something like this to their tundra? It is such a nice new truck that I don't want to hack any wiring apart. I already have the Agm battery that I will use so now I would like to find a kit to install the wiring into the truck.
Any suggestions?

i was looking at mine and i think under the truck along the frame rail with a simple rv type isolator would work nicely.

There isn't much room in the engine bay. at least not in mine unless i want to fab up some fancy brackets.

If you have a crewmax you may be alble to fit them behind the back seats.

My intention is to place one under the bed in front on the passenger side. I believe one will fit nicely along with a viair tank and compressor. Crewmax btw.
I would love to hear ideas on tapping into the power for a dual setup on these trucks. Tieing into the alternator and positive side of battery seem less than simple and i have no interest in making mistakes there.
I have yet to do it and dont see it happening this winter as i already have over 10' snow around my house.

Oh, and i have one of these i will be running as the isolator:

If I only care about using the second battery to power a fridge, some led reading lights, a power inverter for charging camera batteries and a laptop,
Could I just charge the battery off the trailer wiring? Using the trailer charge wire? I know it wouldn't charge as fast as a dedicated 2nd battery system since the wiring isn't too thick, but would it recharge a battery fully after a few hours of driving? If that would work it would be incredibly simple.

Any thoughts?
