Hey--- I like it! Nearly the perfect fit for my plans; 7.5-8' camper in fullsize Chevy. Only my old '86 K30 is single cab and wonder if all campers now a days are all made for extended/crew cabs? Seems like a bit too much on the overhang, no?

Anyway, good luck on your travels... and any more camper pics?

perfect fit for me!

this 7 foot floor factory camper, fits fine on my half ton, and the experience i have with other truck campers is you cannot close the tailgate on a 8 foot floor factory truck camper because most of the time the clean-out valve is situated in the back, and whenever i decide to buy another truck. this one will probably be a extended cab truck so this little gem will be fine, and for the wifey and kid part, my youngfellow is seveteen years old, so he has other interest, if you know what i mean! and the wife ocassionally comes with me, but not to often, so it's the perfect little set up!the other set-up i had was a 1987 chevrolet half ton 4x4, 350c.i.d regular cab with a 1985 lance 8 foot truck camper, i could not close the tailgate and i like puttin stuff on the sides, jacks, slings ,shovels etc... and whenever the goin gets rough you like to have your stuff kept inside your truck if you know what i mean ,stuff is expensy$$ nowadays, hope this info helps. best regards and safe travellings:ylsmoke:
