Hey every one I just purchased this ambulance from the pulp mill I work at for $401 in an auction. Its an 86 e350 dual 6.9l. It has 90xxxx km on it and the maint records show it hasn't rolled over yet. It does have 3000 hrs but the engine and transmission were replaced when they bought it and the odometer reading was 66xxx. It runs great but has a tiny bit of cancer in the fenders and back of van cab. the floors are all in great shape and so are the doors. Box is in decent shape everything is original nothing was removed. So far all I have done is chase the glow plug wires and get my parts ready to convert them to manual. They were using ether to start it for the last couple months because they couldn't find a short in the system and the guys really wanted a new ambulance. I'm not going to bother searching for the short they replaced all the glow plugs, relay and controller but they still wont work off the key And a button works just fine for me. The box drains the two isolated deep cycles in the box over a couple days. The engine and box have separate battery chargers hard wired that I will remove and mount one battery tender and the better of the two chargers with plugs so I can have them disconnected and also use them to charge my smaller batterys for my trolling motor. It had a 1000w inverter in it that says not working I'm going to see if I can get it repaired but for not it is replaced with a 1750w go power. I'm also using it as my hay wagon for my goats and was working on it at the time so it's a bit messy
