I've never seen the this floor plan in a Chinook but it's a shame they got away from it in the newer ones. The kids bed above the cab is a stretch for a bed but offers tons of storage that Chinooks don't have. Also, the lower cabinets/countertops and U-dinette are far more user friendly than the newer 2 floor plans and you can actually walk through with the bed made.

Price went up to $42k. Looks like a cool little camper. I don't see a spare tire, and I doubt it is under the back since the black water tank would most likely be there. I also don't see a generator or AC. That does make the roof line nice if you don't "need" it.
