2017 Phoenix Cruiser 2351 with a Quigley 4x4. Ford E450 with 55 gal of regular fuel, 31 gal of water with water pump,25 gal of black, 35 gray that are heated. 42-gal LP tank. 6-gal water heater that works on LP. Tow burner LP stove and a Sharp convection microwave. 2-150watt solar panels. 2 New AGM 6volt batteries. 4000 Onan Gasoline Generator. Macerator system for gray and black tank. Outside shower. The dinette has been removed, but will go with the coach, and replaced with two swivel, rocker lazy boy recliners. The coach has one slide. The mattress has been replaced with a firm mattress. The outside awning is new. The mileage is 32,500. I am having the drivers and passenger's seats re-upholstered. This coach is located in Montgomery Texas, 50 miles north of Houston.
