The Isuzu Elf is sold in USA as the NPR. Before buying this camper, a USA resident would have to check carefully that you could meet USA emissions and safety specs for a 1995 NPR. Canada has a 15 year rule for imports, not 25 like USA. So this vehicle is legal in Canada.
