5 minute video of the first shake down trip....

Took a half day trip out to the Plaster City area in Imperial County on Saturday. Wanted a good shakedown before the interior work starts. Found a few squeaks that would have been nightmare to fix after the fact. Friend of mine came along with his Series 100 and trailer he is building up. Although we only hit mild roads it was more comfortable than I thought it would be. Been riding bikes out here for years and it was hard not to take some trails that I would have on my bike. Continuously reminded myself "I am building an over landing vehicle". Good times but the wind was blowing 25mph or so and cut our outdoor lunch and range time.

Overnight trip to the mountains.....

Had a small space heater in the van which is still empty inside. Snowed most of the night with a 25-40 mph wind. Good times but a little cold. Think it was 25 or so out. The small heater kept it about 40 or so inside.
