89 Pathfinder 4x4 van hybrid build

Hello all,

my name is Jason and I am from Ellettsville Indiana.

I have been working on Pathfinder 4x4 vans for 20 years now. Thought I would post some pictures of my current build. Been working on it for 2 years now. It is an 89 Chevy g30 that was originally a 2wd. I could not find any good vans here in Indiana so I traveled to Las Vegas Nevada and bought this one and drove it back to Indiana. I have done a lot of these conversions on these Chevy vans so I know exactly what needs to be done. This current build is unique because it has an nv4500 manual transmission in front of an atlas 2 transfer case. I had to fabricate a custom pedal cluster and totally rework the brake booster area. The vacuum booster was removed and a hydra boost from a 99 suburban was put in its place. This was to make room for the clutch master cylinder. The inside was cleaned and fire retardant closed cell foam was sprayed in

**************! Looks awesome. The 4500 is a nice touch too. I think I've seen maybe 1 or 2 g-vans in my life that were manuals. One was a 3 on the tree too.

Thanks for the great comments. Suspension is already complete. RS9000 adjustable shocks all the way around.

Did you go with the all wheel drive IFS front suspension or did you put a solid axel up front. Please post detailed pics. Cheers, chilli...

Its a solid axle dana 44 HD wit 5/8 axle tubes and an auburn elocker. Stock Pathfinder with leaf springs. I had to perform a cut and turn on the axle for the atlas 2 transfer case.
