'90 RRC - 95 Engine Swap

Hi all! I've swapped the engine in my '90 RRC with the engine out of a '95 discovery .... has anyone made the adapters in order to connect the air conditioning? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't know about adapters, but it is relatively easy just to go to a good hydraulic shop and they can make you custom hoses to adapt to your engine.
