I think a bunch of these are going to hit the market.
I believe read Maine recently announced that they are no longer allowed on the roads in maine and people are thinking other states will follow

Unironically, might be fine registering it as an ATV. Where I am people drive ATVs basically everywhere anyway and the sticker is cheaper than plates. That is a really nice Delica! $24 is a bit much... it’s worth more like $20k.
That’s laughable in my book... here’s more info on it. https://www.autoblog.com/2021/07/09/maine-deregistering-mitsubishi-delicas/
Maine may be able to tell residents that they can not register in the state, but they can not in anyway tell someone that has a delica legally registered in another state & lives or has residence in that state that they can’t drive on roads in Maine.
I highly doubt other states will adopt this... it will be interesting if some brings legal action against the state... as they are making a broad interpretation of the delica as an ATV which it isn’t & would probably loose if taken to court.
It's way overpriced! Worth maybe $8k usd max. Come to BC Canada, we have tons of those. I had one, surprisingly good offraod, just underpowered. I liked it but it definitely had its limitations. Not mine, no affiliation.
