I want to pick up the body of my van from the frame , can anyone explain the steps that I need to make? At how many points the body is screwed ?
What else should I look for? Wiring harness , Radiator ,I guess AC disconnecting from the engine? Brakes? Does anyone knows the weight from the
body (CargoVan) and a good idea for a rollable stand?

I'd start by separating the Cab from the Box.

You'll have to disconnect:
Fuel lines
Water lines
Wiring
A/C
Steering Box
Body Mount bolts

The Thread 'Quigley on 37s' has details on removing cab from an ambulance.

Yes I did not remove the cab. Just the box. Not sure if what to disconnect and in what order.

Disconnecting Ac....what ist the best way, disconnect the hole AC-system from the engine and lebt it stay at the Body?
Disconnecting the steering, I didn't need to Do some work by the dashboard, or?

Disconnect the steering column at the steering box. AC can be tricky to disconnect the removing the compressor, drier, and condenser and securing them out of the way without releasing the R134. Probably easier to evacuate the R134 and then recharge the system when you are done.

Hopefully Chris from U-joint Offroad will chime in, he's pulled quite a few bodies off for projects. In the UJOR build thread there's a few questions about it, but nothing step by step.
