Thanks guys, I started the thread yesterday when I had lots of time and all of a sudden I got swamped so had to stop. Ill PM a mod and request the thread get moved.
The truck started life as a 2wd with a chev vortec 5.7l and a 4l80e transmission. Its now 4wd with a black box underdrive unit acting as an adapter to an air shifted NP 205 transfer case.
Tires are 40" toyo mud terrain on 17" steel wheels, cant remember ATM what brand they are.
I tossed the factory rear end and installed a trussed 14 bolt with a truetrac and 5:38 gears and the front is a trussed dana 60 with reid racing inner and outers, truetrac and full hydraulic steering.
The box is a custom box I had built. The one in the picture is a POS and the builder hates me now but returned my money and took it back because they were not able to fix it. I am having one almost exactly like it built as I type this. Plans for it is just camping. Going to insulate it with 3" of EPS and finish it with 1/4 in plywood or something like that. I built a DIY 1100ah lithium battery, a multiplus 3000 inverter and all the ancillaries.
I have new 12000lbs winch for the rear that has been sitting at the warranty depot for the past year waiting for parts and an older 15000winch for the front. Still need to build the bumper for it but focused on the box for right now.
