This FJ Cruiser isn't mine - I was taking pictures the freshly installed ARB bull bar for work. However, I've been looking forward to poking and prodding an FJ Cruiser, and this was a great opportunity.
I've been a Jeeper all of my life. Its a brand preference based on familiarity, not loyalty. I love and respect all platforms suitable for overland travel. The FJ Cruiser won my heart due to its daring, utilitarian design.
Although I spent very little time in the vehicle, poor rear visibility was the only readily apparent shortcoming - although the large sideview mirrors would compensate for this to some extent. A minor hindrance, but I doubt it'd be enough to prevent me from enjoying the vehicle.
I like it alot, and it'd probably be on my short list if I was in the market.
