A little troubleshooting help, please.

1994 w/ 351. I am having a cold start problem. Like when it is 20 or below it may not start. Seems to be not getting fuel. Did the simple stuff like fuel filter and heet/injector cleaner/tuneup in a can, fuel pump relay-no change.

Could the fuel pump not start in the cold but fine the rest of the time? Could the pressure regulator or injector stick solid?

How do I troubleshoot, especially since we have global warming and it's not cold enough right now.

Did you try Drygas? It sound's like you have water freezing in your fuel system?

I did use Heet brand, but really find it hard to believe that in the days of 10% ethanol that it would really help.
