A new thick wall window mounting solution from Tern Overland

We get requests all the time for windows that can be fitted into very thick walls. This has been a common challenge for van builders, and other custom overland builds. All RV windows are designed for 2" or less. To help out with this problem, we invested in special tooling and had a dedicated extrusion run of aluminum to produce a new inner frame ring that can span 64mm to 74mm (2.52" to 2.91"). This sizing was chosen for Van builders, but many overland box builds land right in the range as well. This is a factory drop in solution to a problem that usually involves many hours of custom work! Once again we are leading the way with the first thick wall option in the industry. Cost is just $75/window for the custom rings, and we have them in stock for every size window we sell.

You will end up with a .09" gap that can be filled with black polyurethane adhesive. You need to let us know when you order though, as you will need longer screws. We have everything you need.
