Adding 3rd seat

Hello World!
I own a Land Cruiser HZJ78. Its a two seater, but I am thinking about to add 3rd seat behind the Co-Pilot. My idea is to still have the bed in the luggage room, so the 3rd seat must be flat-foldable (will be covered by bed in the night).

There are two possibilities:
- heavy seat with integrated seatbelt
- light seat without seatbelt - it will be attached to the car body instead

I like the second - lightweight solution.
Do you know which car have such seats? It should be lightweight (maybe easy dismountable) and also a bit comfortable.

Offhand I don't know of any that fold flat, not in modern SUVs anyway. Their backs fold onto their seats, and the whole thing will then tip forward to a vertical as well. on the upside, most of those clamp onto brackets that aren't very deep at all so woul dbe easy to retrofit into a vehicle not originally designed for them, and most of them are also designed to be removable altogether. Our Tahoe's third row is a pair of single seats, they're folded and removed and hanging from hooks in the garage. My Suburban's is a small bench seat, it's my 'garage couch' when it isn't in the vehicle. In fact I'm designing my storage / drawer platform and separate power module so I can remove the drawers and put the bench in when needed and still leave the power/conversion piece in place.

You might have to find something like and old Jeep or Land Cruiser back seat or early 3rd row that might fold back / flat, to get what you want. Or reconsider how you'd use a 3rd row.

eta and the few I've noted in modern minivan designs are often designed to fold forward or flat into the floor. I don't think their designs could be adapted to a flat cargo floor design.

eta 2 scratch all that, I read '3rd seat' and thought '3rd row'. I know the old Land Cruisers had 'jump seats' that folded down from the sides, part of the roll cage arrangement, is that what you have in mind?

Thanks,
i am looking for something different. a seat, which will be flat in the other way - in other words it will be packed - table function instead of bed.
like here, but more compact and as 3rd seat - in the second row right side.:
