Adding a high top roof to Econoline...

I'm thinking about putting on one of the high top roofs on my 2005 E350 extended body. (too many to choose from)
Since I want it done correctly I won't do it myself lol

So what kind of price range should I be expecting?

And I'd really like to put one of those extendable tops like CCV offers but I'm sure it's out of my price range, but does anyone have a clue as to their prices?

On the east coast, is there a place that is highly recommended for installs?

if you dont want a moviable top you have fiberine and van specialties
below is a link to fiberine and a pic of another top they make
i was sold on a SMB PH
walked into another owners "Crusier Top" (same as fiberine super camper pic below)
i would never go back to a PH

oh and...
as for the SMB PH roof on the website it says for RB ford vans, then towards the bottom I see it on the EB abd RB vans... Is there a catch?
