I know a lot of my amigo's over here don't get over into Mud so I thought I would post up a link of the 2nd fuse block install over here for anyone looking for a "how to"

Very nice! Yes this is a very helpful visual, i have been trying to figure out a 12V design for some time now and and have been very confused about this part of the system. So from the battery you go through a fuse and then directly into the panel, why not ground everything to the frame? Either way, thanks for the pics, i like the panel but defeinitely not enough space, i have been looking at the Del City stuff.

I like to run everything to and from the battery through good corrosion free conductors, as my rig is 31 years old this year! I can't always count on a bolt being corrosion free. That is my main reason for running all the ground wires. The second is everything is in one place for diagnosing. My days of under-dash contorting to see wiring are over!

Where can a guy pick up a multi gauge wire connector that you hooked up to your battery?

One more question....what size of fuse did you install between your battery and fuse box?

Just add up the total of your fuses in the block then get one a little bigger. I am running a 60amp fuse.
