Adjustable panel mounting system - what are you using?

Those options are few and far between from what I've seen. I did a fair amount of looking around. My conclusion is I need to find a shop that I can work with to develop a couple of prototypes I have some ideas.

Here is a link to the only site that has some stuff along those lines. I've got an account, so if you see something you have to have let me know and I'll help you secure it.

I did research and concluded it was not worth the effort to manage the panel orientation. They just work wherever they are and whatever they do is the benefit. Mine are mounted flat on the roof rack.

Hi,
Here's another solution. Martin used rubber bushings of a small motorcycle as mounting points. He can turn the panel into 2 directions.

I have Dirk's Solarmount. It works great and is perfectly manufactured. Opening up takes seconds - and that's CRUCIALLY important. If it's a hassle, you don't do it.
If you have enough space on your roof, just mount more panels and don't do any adjustable options.

Best,
Mike

I'll work on something everyone can build at home using inexpensive parts. It's a heavy duty lazy-susan under a lockable plate that you can rotate 360º to face the sun. Where you want to mount it is flexible. Give me a few and I'll mock up some drawings for everyone to use.

Here's a quick concept of how to do one of these for inexpensive. It'd be pretty strong. Can mount it in all sorts of places. Lock it in place.
