2nd owners since 2018. We have always been meticulous in our maintenance and care of the camper. We bought this so that we could camp in Tahoe during the winter/shoulder season to get snowed in and have a base camp for backcountry skiing. It was used mainly during the winter, then covered for for most of the summer. We have upgraded to a larger camper set-up as we prepare for some longer camper stays. The T100 is getting repurposed into more of a spring/summer overland rig.

As shown on aluminum tag, this camper weighs about 900 lbs dry. When you factor in the water weight (if you had a full tank), full fridge etc it is approximately 1,100 lbs. This a true 1/2 ton camper. We had it on a Toyota T100 with airbags. It will fit a Tacoma, First gen Tundra, Ford Ranger and other 1/2 ton models very well. It will also fit larger trucks if you thats what you are putting it on. Compare to some of the pop-ups, and this thing competes from a weight perspective. The weight is higher, which is not ideal, but can't beat the extra comfort if your idea of expeditions involve snow.

We currently have this camper in Washington with us, but will be driving down to Sonoma County (California)
mid December for the holidays. We can show this to any serious buyer on our trip down if it works with our schedule. Or you can come to Sonoma County.

Everything stock in this camper works perfectly. That includes the Atwood propane forced air furnace, Dometic 2-way fridge (shore power 120V and propane), Atwood three burner stove top, vent and vent fan. It has 10-gallon water tank and manual pump sink. We have never used the water system, but were preparing to get it rigged up to use with a tankless water heater so we could take some outdoor showers (as shown in photos, we will include the tankless heater).

Single piece aluminum roof, which is a very good feature. It makes removing snow off the roof very easy. We have always inspected the roof seams regularly and did a reseal on the edges once a year. They are currently in excellent condition. I did our frequent roof inspection where I feel around the entire roof. Zero soft spots underneath the aluminum.

Upgrades since we purchased:
- We replaced the original outdated converter/changer with a Progressive Dynamics PD4635 Smart Charger.
- 2, 100 AMP-hour Windy Nation sealed AGM batteries in parallel.
- Victron Battery Monitor so we could always monitor battery capacity and power draw (never discharged below 50%).
- Atwood electric mechanical jacks on all four corners. Makes taking on and off way less stressful.
- Warm white LEDs replaced for all interior lights
- We have custom cut foam blocks for every window. We made fabric covers for these foam blocks, then would velcro them to the window when camping in the snow. It drastically increases your R-value. We could go 6-8 days up in Tahoe one a single 20-gallon propane fill and our 200-amp hours of battery (above 50%) keeping the camper at 60F and cooking every meal. You will need to re-make covers. The covers have started to deteriorate on the window side due to sun weathering, so we removed them.
- Full fitting camper cover that has a waterproof top and sides that breathe.

As shown in photos, we have all original manuals and owner's manual.

All relevant measurements are shown in photos if you need to determine fitment.

When the prior owners had it, they drove under a low branch. It put a couple dents in the aluminum on the front-top, shown in photos. We considered having a auto-body shop pull the dents but decided it wasn't worth it. They are minor and don't affect anything.

What are the dimensions of both the cabover bed and the fold down dinette bed? And can you post a picture with the dinette bed folded out? The brochure states this can sleep 4 so I'm curious.
