Advice/help for build out of Ford F550

Hello,
I just got this Ford F550 and was wondering if anyone has done a build out of a similar vehicle. Or any other suggestions for improvements of any aspect of this vehicle would be greatly appreciated. It’s a 7.3l Powerstroke. Any advice on improving mpg? Would you change the dual tires in the back?.....

For mileage, first install a better exhaust and intake. The turbo down pipe on those was an absolute joke. You may have to modify the cab slightly to get a good one installed. After that a slight hop-up for more power helps. It's odd that diesels get better mileage with more power.
Then aerodyamics should be looked at. But, you can't do much with that box. Maybe put a bubble on the front face. Then try some vortex generators on the trailing edge. But, all these are going to be a minor help. Easiest is to just drive slower.
