That first one looks like an oryx. You can hunt oryx here in New Mexico, they taste great. :chowtime:

Gemsbok (oryx), hartebeest and eland. All very tasty, though best enjoyed on the braai with some castle or windhoek.

I knew what they were; I wanted to know where they were! Now I'm assuming Namibia? There are some good areas there, especially on the big ranches.
