Just take it back... They will take anything back. A few years ago, one of our local HD's took back a set of tires, because the lady was adamant that she bought them there. They had them on the wall.

If you used a credit card, they can look up the receipt. If not, they'll give you store credit for the lowest sale price over the last 30 days or so.

My frustration comes from dealing with a few flakes recently and I get a bit tweaked when people don't follow through with plans. But I apologize to you for coming off harshly. Thanks for following up on the deal. I'd still like to purchase the reel and will send a pm shortly.
