Aircraft tie down points?

I saw this on another forum, but can't find more about them, how they work..... Google seems to want me to only look at anchors for the ground. Any one help?

The circles are aircraft tie-down points for attaching quick disconnect rings that allow me to clip an awning to the rear of the truck.

Sure!

Logistic track works great, when I built a rear rack for the Tiger recently, we mounted a combination of straight track and single points to all sides. We used nutsets, which made for a cleaner install. I see no reason why it shouldn't make for a great awning mount.
