Alignment of an ARB front bumper on an 80

I just noticed that the ARB is slightly crooked, setting a bit closer to the driver side marker light. The frame is 100% - no accidents etc. Is this common or is there a way to adjust this? It is so slight I never noticed before, but, well, you know how it goes...

Is this a brand new ARB?

Any chance it's been used as a high-lift jack point?

Mine was a little too high on my tacoma (both sides rubbed on the plastic fender)...I assume the adjustment is the same as the LC but it was as simple as loosening the mounting brackets...leveling the bumper...and torquing down the hardware...
The ARB brackets on my tacoma and LC have a range of vertical movement so you can adjust the fit...
