amazing customer service from Snow Peak

Last summer I bought a used Snow Peak stove in the For Sale section on ExPo.

Grill arrived and was exactly as described, but when I finally used it for the first time in January, I discovered one of the gas hoses had a leak. I wasn't too worried as it was used and you have to expect a few bumps and bruises. Used the other burner and was fine on my camping trip.

When I got back I tried to buy a replacement hose but couldn't find one. So I emailed Snow Peak customer service and got an almost immediate reply telling me to mail it back at their expense and they would replace the hose. Then a day later they emailed me again and suggested I instead return the entire stove and that they had decided to replace it completely free of charge.

The brand new replacement stove came last week. I'm amazed they replaced it and obviously very appreciative of their great service...
