An E350 Vanlife/Overlander, 4x4 diesel, 6.0, 130k miles. The engine has been bullet proofed, except for the head bolts. If you like to increase the power of the turbo and change the engine with a "tuner", then the head bolt upgrade is wise.
Many of the details are in the photos and here are the highlights.
4x4 conversion and lift from U-Joint.
Consists of a Dana 60 axle, 4.10 gears w/ limited slip, Spintec spindles, (fail prone unit bearings are eliminated),
Mile Marker hubs, F550 calipers and brake rotors.
BFG 35'' tires on Fuel allow wheels.
Aluminous front bumper, Warn winch, LED lights, Aluminum ladder and roof rack.
Dual airbags, cassette toilet, propane outdoor shower, ARB shade cover, propane stove, sink, entirely insulated and sound deadened.
The fiberglass roof has a steel reinforcement to withstand a rollover.
Raptor bed liner on the exterior.
Fiberglass extended front fenders.
Auxiliary fuel tank adding 24 gallons.
2500 watt inverter, dual AGM batteries, Dual alternators.
Side pop out windows and bug screens, duel swivel seats.
Depending on your overlanding experience and travel style, I can say this rig has been fantastic at a van life experience. It is not luxurious as a Sprinter or Sportsmobile, and not near the cost. This rig has been fantastic and travelled from Mexico/Cabo/Baja/Canada and all western states, reliably. I have owned this for about 7 years and now have a new one I am starting to modify.
Inside height is 68'', Length is 20'-6''.
MPG is 12
It is registered in California with a current smog inspection.
It is registered as an RV. Located in Sacramento.
