I literally just finished building this trailer last month, it’s been on two voyages and tows amazing. Unfortunately life kicked my behind today and the chemical plant where I work is shutting down and we’re all being laid off. So here it is up for sale, I built the frame out of 3x2x0.125 and it is a super sturdy and strong frame. It’s running Jeep Leaf springs that are 48” in length, makes for a supple trailer with no bouncing and it rides great.
It has 15 inch wheels with 31 inch tires, 3500 lb axle that has been beefed up with Barnes axle mounts and is also running all Barnes brackets and shackle mounts, were talking 1/4” steel. It has a removable tongue so it fits easier in your garage. On the back there are two shackle mounts that are welded to 1/4” plate and then to the frame. The inside is raptor lined color matched to the exterior dark gray TRD like color. The top lid and rear door are aluminum and the lid has 200 lb shocks to hold it open. The roof top tent rack is also all aluminum. No expense was spared to build this trailer. Unfortunately I need the money more than the trailer now. It’s located in Houston, Tx. Thanks
