Anyone added aftermarket seats to G500 (scheel-mann or Recaro)? Opinions/Advice? I have a 2003 G500.

Did you change out your seats? I'm thinking of doing the same thing with my seats in my 2000 G500. I have to look into it but I was wanting to get seats that weigh less than what's in there.

I sat in the scheel-mann seats at the oregon treffen a couple weeks ago and when I go to replace the seats in my 460 I will be going that route. They are pretty pricey, but I look at it as a one time do it right the first time purchase and they can always be swapped to the next vehicle.

Put a set of Scheel-Mann seats (the Traveler F model) in our 2005 G500. Very easy install and they feel great.

Note the seat will have to be narrow, I bought a set of Sparco R100 for another car and also wanted then in my G, they were too wide to fit...

Let me know if you have any questions on the scheel-mann seats. I am with scheel-mann USA, and run them in our G500. MG makes a bracket system so that they will bolt right in to your 2003

And.....they can even be upholstered by scheel-mann with the MB Rodeo fabric. How cool is that?!?)
