Anyone have a Popup on an Ecodiesel?

I am considering adding an Ecodiesel to my driveway and would like to add a popup to it. I figure I would need a liter camper and maybe add airbags.

I am wondering if anyone here has done this or have any feedback to using either a Ford or Dodge Ecodiesel as a camping platform.

@roaminglost has a Super Pacific Switchback pop up on his Dodge Ecodiesel half ton crew. You may mean something like one of the bigger 4WC's. The one I'm referencing is only about #300.
