Anyone have a spare OEM Spare Tire Cover in black?

Got side tracked backing up and long story short, the tree won.

I need a black spare tire cover. Just the flat piece. Chrome ring is fine. Door itself isnt but nothing a big hammer wont fix (hopefully).

Any help would be appreciated.
