Anyone in marketing? Open to a side project?

Hey everyone,

So, a little about me: I retired young (don’t hate me), and was asked shortly after to help mentor young adults, and use my unorthodox background as potential motivation? Not sure! Anyways, I’ve been fortunate enough to help a few get their feet off the ground financially over the years and see them enjoy success.

I’m so far removed from any of the businesses I did own, it feels like being a washed up band singing the same old hits. It’s also hard to resonate with kids these days. Everything is so much harder, costs more, etc. So, I’ve stayed away from doing any of this for nearly 2 years.

But this year, I decided to actually do something and stop being lazy. Decided to start a small business, to use an example. It’s service based and surprise, can be done remotely. I feel the idea would actually benefit people, it’s just getting the idea to the right clients. I made my first website last week, and now ready for the next step.

Now, here’s where I need help: marketing.

Instead of throwing cash at this, I figured it might be smarter to find someone with stellar marketing experience who’s willing to lend a hand—or at least point me in the right direction. Money’s not the motivator for me here, but building something to use as an example from the ground up is.

If you’re open to a side project , I’m happy to toss a percentage of sales your way—or come up with some other creative arrangement.
