Anyone interested in getting VW SYNCRO from EU?

This is kinda a feeler, I know a guy who has few nice T3 SYNCROs in Europe, I wonder if there would be any interest in importing such vans to US or Canada.
The vans can be customised in any way, meaning upholstery tire racks, living area, you name it.
