Anyone know this truck in Dominical, Costa Rica?

I spotted this in Dominical, Costa Rica yesterday. Looks like a great setup. My kids and I loved it!

I was wondering if it is anyone here? I'd like more info on the rig as well as the current trip.

Great find! Looks to be a Mercedes-Benz L323 or L1113, from the slightly greater bulge on the hood I'd say the L1113 is more likely
