Anyone recognize this JKU tire carrier

Saw this today and the driver didn't know who made it. There was no brand on it.

I carried 5gal gas, 5gal water, 35" spare, high lift, and an ez up on mine and it never broke off, they bolt on through the hinges and tie into the roll bar mounts inside (at least on a TJ)

Offroad Evolution makes a similar one. Idk what the price difference in the two is though.

GenRight makes one that looks like it mounts to the stock location but requires some drilling and what not for the locking side.
