ARB Deluxe Bull Bar with Winch and lights

I have a Deluxe Bull Bar for a 4th Gen 4Runner for sale. I am asking $1100 as it sits. It has a Warn XD9000 Winch mounted it in with a 100ft synthetic line. I also have the original wire cable, hooks, and fairlead. There is a Factor 55 Prolink attached to the line right now. Are you willing to separate the winch and ship it? I don't need the steel line, so it would probably be around $50 to ship it, which I would pay a course, if you are willing. So what say you? :sombrero:

Any ideas if the bumper would fit a 2003 Lexus LX470? would be interested if it can be fitted with minor mods, I do have a welder
