I am selling my brand new ARB Simpson III Root Top Tent, (used 3 nights)

ARB3201 Simpson III tent: $1200.00 (retail: $1,569.00 USD)
ARB3102A Annex: $200. (still in box never used) (retail: $267.00 USD)
$1400.00 for everything, which includes the ARB ladder extension and a brand new un opened ARB mattress cover.

RTT located in Erie, CO right now and I'd rather not ship these, so pickup would be best.
