ARB simpson II NEW NEVER USED

I have an ARB Simpson II tent that was never opened and has been stored inside. I am not sure of the value of this but I would like to sell it. I am not sure of the differences to the simpson III, I have heard some say it is a better design but I can't attest to either tent really. A new simpson III is 1500, so tell me what you think this is worth. I'd post picture but it looks like a rectangular box. Tent is in Richmond, Virginia.

I am completely unsure. I want to be fair as it is a new tent but an old model.
