Are 265/65/18's too big for my AWD Express?

I found some Silverado wheels on CL for cheap. Looks good, but definitely larger than stock 235/75/16s. I guess the only concern would be rubbing on turning? I'm happy to go with something smaller, but would like to get the rest of life out of these first. Seeing what sizes others have/are running

That's what was on my van when I bought it, don't remember any rubbing but I never articulated it with that set up. I'm sure someone on here has an tire write up of wheel and tire specs as far as what you need to fit what.
