Thanks for the comment Kiwibru, but I already contacted both DNW and S$S Campers, the dealers closest to me. See this thread I linked to:
https://forum.expeditionportal.com/...-in-business-website-is-dysfunctional.247173/

I was actually hoping that an AutoHomeUS spokesman would participate here, since this is their Vendor Thread..... but their last post in this thread was over five years ago. And he was last active on the forum three years ago.

Wow, that sucks John. I hope I never have a need for help. If I do I guess it will force me to contact Italy and try to engage with someone in the factory team for assistance. I have had good experiences going directly to the source with EU products, especially Italy as we run Italian farm equipment imported directly to the U.S. and they have always responded with help and even parts over the years. This became really necessary during and after the Covid years as they closed down U.S. support team and warehousing. Might be the same with Autohome. Guess an email to them would be a potential solution.

Hi John - the folks at Autohome have responded to your emails from last week and Defenders Northwest responded to your emails from yesterday. Please reach back out to them at sales@autohomeus.com if you have a product concern or need they haven't already addressed.

Thanks, the AutoHome emails were generic and neither encouraging nor informative. The last one was a repeat of the one last September, other than there was no longer the mention of migrating to a new website. DNW was encouraging, in that there will be more product available in the future, but at a significantly higher price. I would still feel better if there was some actual product information available at the official US webpage. That just looks suspicious and remains troubling to me.

The AH emails appear to be AI generated, the DNW one was definitely from a real live person.

Are you connected with AutoHome? Will you be here to assist? I was wondering how you knew about this private email information.

Hi John, I have been selling Autohome tents and have been affiliated with the brand since 2012 and was copied on the emails - I also received notice you were posting here so I thought I would respond. I am more than happy to assist you with any product needs, but it looks like you are looking to sell your tent? Not sure what I can assist with in that regard other than directing folks to your post here if they reach out looking for a Maggiolina 360 in medium, which I am more than happy to do. If you have any further needs or questions please reach back out to DNW or to Autohome at sales@autohomeus.com. Thank you.
