I am craving some nutty brown ale from Grumpy Pants in Ouray and a pizza from across the street at The Western. Plus I need to break in the new Versys. I was thinking, leave from Holbrook Sat. morning and ride up to Ouray in no rush. Hang out, eat pizza, and drink some of my favorite micro brew, then ride back on Sunday in no rush. I know it's a long way for pizza and beer but,,,it's reallly good beer!

What are your 'normal' freeway speeds? I think it sounds like fun but I don't want to hold up a group cuz I can't keep up.

From here it is all two lane except about 3 miles on the 40. But, like I posted inthe first post "in no rush"! Maybe 65 in the 65 zones.

I'll keep you in mind next time Tim. Your trip report is inspiring! Do you just have the Bonni or do you have a dirt ride also? I am putting on a DualSport ride the 24th-26th near Heber over on ADV.

Sold the KTM. Keeping my eyes out for a deal on an XR650L or something like that. :sombrero:
