Bad Wobble After Hitting Bump with Salem Kroger Van

I have a 2000 E350 with a Salem Kroger conversion. I've hit a couple potholes and it feels like the front wheel that hit the pothole is going to wobble off of the van. I don't think this is the same thing as the Quigley death wobble, because it only happens when I hit a pothole. I checked the shocks and the steering stabilizer and those are fine. The front end has coils, not springs. Is this normal? Can it be fixed? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.

Maybe try going over those potholes in reverse at the same speed. Might tighten whatever came loose :D

Checked your lug nuts?

Take it to the best off-road specialty garage around you. Why mess around ! Front end is nothing to mess around and stare at and hope it works out.
If you had a sharp sudden pain in your chest and your left arm went numb you would get to a hospital...a great hospital.
Don't risk your safety trying to save a few bucks just MHO .

Have you jacked it up and crawled underneath to inspect for any obvious signs of damage?
If so and can't find anything that stands out, the heed the advice above and have it towed to a shop that knows 4X4 stuff or a very trusted mechanic.

Since you have coil springs you probably have a track bar or pan hard bar. Check out the bushings for any play or movement. Ball joints are another possibility.

Sounds like DW to me. Could be many many things wrong, start with the trac bar. There are many threads on the web with details.

Thanks for all the replies. I think I'm going to bring it to a shop and have them check out the front end. I looked at the track bar, but I'm not quite sure how to tell what has or hasn't gone bad.

So I looked underneath again and noticed an excessive amount of play in my stabilizer bar links. I'm going to replace those and go from there. I'll post the results after doing so and driving it for a while.20160303_112938.jpg
