Barn door window replacement.

Just like the title states I have a replacement piece of glass for the passenger side barn door that got knocked about by a lawnmower handle ( I know,I know lets not ask about that, this was avoidable but) and was wondering if anyone had any tips on getting it in. On the plus side I got the replacement off of ebay for $10 plus $19 shipping so not so bad. I haven't done any window work on a vehicle so I'm asking and reading, I'll check back later. Thanks in advance.

1. Put the new glass in the window gasket.
2. Use a piece of heavy string or twine and wrap around the inside of the gasket.
3. With two overlapped ends of the string on the inside of the door, pull the string ends and suck the gasket in.
4. This may take a few tries for process, but is pretty easy.

As posted above plus I would spray the gasket with armor all and have a friend help to steady it and push from the out side.
